He enjoys public speaking and audiences enjoy him because he is able to present a unique perspective distilled from his work and life experiences.

My greatest strength is to motivate people and make them feel good about themselves. I believe that when people are well supported and appreciated they learn faster, work harder and remain happier and healthier. My own experience tells me that this formula is universal. Differences between peoples, because they are easy to identify, are often exaggerated. All the people I have met and worked with respond positively to attention and encouragement &. I have a strong sense of values and believe that an unquestionable commitment to ethics is of paramount importance.
