Peter started work as a civil engineer, then established an "On
the Job" training programme through 230 local authorities in NZ
before working on an oilrefinery in Egypt, and London's Thames River
Flood Protection Barrier. He has a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
For 13 years Peter became Harcourt's Group International Training Manager
designing and implementing a franchise training system throughout Australasia,
including 12 months developing a powerful online real estate traiinng
system in the USA. Duirng this time Peter became a Licenced Real Estate
Agent, and gained a Graduate Diploma in Real Estate Management and a Diploma
in Training and Development. He also served several years as a director
on the Real Estate ITO Ltd.
Since Peter has operated his own business as a self emplyed consultant
assisting a wide range of clients achieve their goals ranging from the
travel industry, construction, manufacturing, retail, local government,
health (non profit) and professional services (accounting & legal)
firms to name a few. This includes time as a General Manager of a small
E-Learning software provider working on international sales of their product.
Peter serves on CPIT's School of Business Industry Advisory Committee.
In 2010 Peter completed a Bachelor in Applied Management - Business Transformation
and Change.
His particular talent is an ability to change business cultures and devcelop people through strategy, then (where so many fail) the skills and persistence to implement business plans by working alongside people in a practical pregamatic way.

As a lucky Christchurch earthquake survivor Peter and his son decided
to help others not so fortunate by promoting this expedition, fundraising
thousands of dollars for earthquake ravaged Cholmondeley children's charity
near Christchurch.
